Recently, I’ve been blessed with so many different scrapping opportunities. It really is unbelievable, and it definitely feels surreal. I’m so thrilled that I get to do what I enjoy. …and even though I have ton of projects/classes to work on, the workload is definitely manageable and stress-free.
A nearby scrapbook store, Memories Live On, has decided to add me to their design team. How cool is that?! ((Thanks, Holly, for basically recruiting me!)) I’m really excited to be working with this talented group of scrappers, and I really can’t wait to show everyone what I create with the products they offer in their store. …and hopefully, if I can get everything in order, I’ll be able to teach a class here very soon.
I’ve also been requested to teach a class for another scrapbook store/art studio called A Work of Heart. Andrea, the owner, was so kind enough to allow me to share my talent with other crafters in my area who love the art of paper crafting. I will definitely keep everyone posted on the day/time of my class, so stay tuned!
A Work of Heart is an open studio for people to work on ANY TYPE of art project, and it’s definitely worth checking out.

Also, Melodee Langworthy will be teaching here this month. She’s got a really cute project scheduled if anyone is interested. Below are some pictures of her project:

Last but not least, I posted this in my previous post, but I made the Kiki Art design team.
…and if you want to read a little bit about this new scrapbook manufacturer:
Kiki Art is a a new scrapbook manufacturer, based in Canada, that debuted at the recent CHA. A multi-cultural perspective is a fundamental part of their existence. It was named Best New Company for the Summer 2009 CHA by Craft Critique because what they are offering is very different than anything else on the market right now.

It’s incredible how my hobby has totally become a passion in these past couple of years. I remember not too long ago how I wanted to be on any design team. …. and I was dying to have a blog where people would admire MY work. Never in a million years did I think I could be designing with a bunch of such talented artists. Thank you to everyone who encouraged me to scrap my heart out.
Thanks so much.
Hugs,
sarah.
