I can’t believe it’s Sunday morning already?! The weekend always seem to go by way too fast. I know, I know… I say that all the time, but I’m just saying!

Last week was Gloria’s 26th birthday. We didn’t do too much this year because she’s been off and on sick for the past couple of weeks.

I made her a BIG cupcake/SMALL cake.

They waited to get some cake, but they failed. No cake for the pups!

I did manage to surprise her though. We had people come visit on Friday, and she had no idea what I had planned. I’m actually surprised I kept it a secret. ;)

Now, time for scrappity scrap updates. As usual, I have been busy doing this and that, and this and that. It’s so much fun creating especially when you are on a roll.

These Are A Few of My Favorite Things just posted Challenge #9: Favorite Decades! I thought this was such a cute challenge. …so what decade did I pick, you ask?! Well, duh! The 80s! :)

…so what’d you think?! I don’t think this one is much of a “Sarah style” layout, but I do love the bright colors. I really did like making this layout though. It brought back some fun childhood memories. With that in mind, please head on over to the TAAFOMFT blog to check out what the rest of the DT came up with. I’m sure it’ll give you a chuckle here and there just reading about the past decades. :)

This next layout was created just for fun. Again, it’s not very “Sarah style,” but I love the elegance of it. *sigh, swoon*

The following layout was completed with a challenge over at Nikki Sivils’ blog. Her papers are so adorable!

Also, just wanted to thank everyone who congratulated me this past week. It really does mean a lot. :)

Happy Sunday, and hope everyone has a fantastic week. I finished the first set of Christmas cards, now off to work on the second batch. Holy smokes, I can’t believe Christmas is sooooo soon! Are you ready?! I’m not! haha.

This week’s gonna be BUSY for me.

Hugs,

sarah.
