Yeah, yeah… I know that’s not the right way to spell it. Yes, I know it’s cliché or cliche, but I thought it would be too cliche to use that as the title for this post. *insert laughter* ;) I think that most of you all ready know or understand what a cliche is; however, if you don’t, let me give you the simple Sarah explanation. Basically, it’s a worn out or overused action, quote, expression, phrase, etc.

I bet you are probably thinking, “Sarah, why are you writing about cliches?” Well, it might be cliche for me to write about how thankful I am for so many people and things in my life. It really is a good feeling to know that there are people that are always going to be there for you through thick and thin.  The warm and fuzzy feelings happen when you know they are going to support your dreams and cheer for you along the journey. Oh, for crying out loud! I’ll stop blathering, and get on with the show.

I went to Scrapbook Territory this weekend to crop with all the gals there. The whole ST crew are hilarious. They always seem to be able to make me laugh until it hurts. …and the fact that Diane, the owner, lets her adorable dogs run around the store makes it even better. I feel at home with the dogs running amuck.

I picked up some of the latest stuff from Jillibean Soup, and I needed something to get me started. I found this sketch:

…and created this layout. I love these pictures of Hilo.

For this layout, I used The Girls’ Paperie. I’m loving the mix of primary colors with the vintage look.

For this next one, I finally had the chance to play with Liz‘s new stuff, Dear Lizzy. I wanted to use those cute little chipboard dresses on hangers, so I used wire and crafted my very own. Cute as a button, right?!

It’s easy as 123. Let me know if you want me to show you how, and I’d be more than happy to share.

Yesterday, the weather was perfect, so we headed to the local farmer’s market. I love the diversity, the food, the sounds, and everything else about our local farmer’s market.

Anyway, I’m as happy as a clam because my birthday’s on Thursday. Apparently, there are plans that I don’t know about yet. Pretty sweet, huh?! I love being spoiled during birthday month. It only happens once a year, so I have to take advantage of it. ;)

Okay, I’m gonna give it a rest until tomorrow. See you later alligator!

PS: A big thank you to Jill, Amy, Tessa, and Creating Keepsakes for the happy mail. Seriously, it put a big smile on my face. …and I haven’t been hoppin’ around visiting everyone’s blog to leave love, so don’t think I’m ignoring any of you. I plan on catching up sometime this week!
