Did you see the latest challenge over at TAAFOMFT?
We were prompted to create a project about our favorite blog/website. I bet you can’t guess what blog I picked, hehe!
Here’s the layout I created I using the July kit from The Sampler:

Yup, I finally created a page about my very own blog. Surprisingly, I had never scrapped about it before, so it was fun to make this one! …and in case you were wondering, the cute cloud/sun die cut was created with the Pazzles.
Did you know that I have a hard time making cards?!

I know I’m probably getting a couple of glares and rolling eyes from some of you, but that’s the truth. I’m not much of a cardmaker, so I spend extra time trying to design cards. For instance, the above card I created, using the July kit from The Sampler, took me 20 minutes to make. I could have completed a layout in that same amount of time! I might want to work on my cardmaking skills.
Did you check out the blog post that Kiki posted over at the Kiki Art blog?!
If not, you are going to want to click here. There’s a small sneak peek into one of her latest collections, which will be exclusive to Scrapbook Magazine. Leave a comment over there, and please let her know what you think! Moreover, I’ll let you in on a little secret. You might see someone you know in that same issue.
Did you see how cute my babies are?!

Maui has been a lazy bum these past couple of days. I think she’s missing her “Maddy”, so she is always staring out the windows. When she’s not eating, drinking, or playing, she’s relaxing either on the couch or in the patio. Resting and relaxation are her preferred summer activities.
Hilo, on the other hand, is always preoccupied with the array of toys in the basket. First, it’s the new squeaky toy he got this weekend. Then, it’s the squirrel. Now, it’s this ball. As long as it has a squeaker, it’s good to go. The squeaking never ends in our house.
Happy Thursday! It’s my favorite day of the week. Truly, it is!
