The weather has been pretty fantabulous this month. Thus far, the rain hasn’t been dominating our blue sunny skies. Well, with the exception of today and apparently the rest of this week. This past Saturday everyone was out and about, and lots of fun people came to drop into Our Paper Place. I had tons of fun doing make and takes with all of you, especially with the little ones that dropped in to make their mini albums.
For all you local bay area peeps, Our Paper Place will have another make and take soon, so stay tuned for the information on that!
On Sunday, we headed up to the city. It’s been a while since we spent the day gallivanting aimlessly. …so I suggested that we check out the murals out in the Mission. I’ve heard so much about them, but I never had the chance to see them in person. Here are some fun pictures of the murals:

…and because the weather was so nice, we spent time in our patio. Maui and Hilo enjoyed getting to play with their toys. I love that they always pose for my camera, haha!

They’re such hams, and that’s no joke! Hilo especially loves taking pictures.
That makes the both of us, haha!

Last but not least, I wanted to share some projects that I created this past Friday.
Tammy, my newest crafty friend, brought some supplies to work on cards for the troops. She told me that Cards 4 Troops was looking for Father’s Day cards to donate, so here are a couple simple ones that I created:

We all know that I’m not much of a cardmaker, but I tried my very best. Hopefully the person who receives it will like it.
My good friend, Lindsay, sent me some cute photos of her and hubby. With me being the scrapbooker that I am, there was no way I was going to pass up a layout! This one is using the Timeless collection from Bo Bunny. It’s not typically the style I would use on a layout, but I actually like the way this layout came out.

…so what do you think?! It’s totally not a “Sarah-kind-of layout”, but I love the elements in this one. If you want to replicate it or see it in person, head into the store! I’d be more than happy to help you recreate it.
Okay, that’s my post for today. Now, it’s time for Scrabble and movie night!

((No, I am not going to share my big and exciting news yet. Nice try, though! I’m hoping to share within the next couple of days, so check back soon.))
I just wanted to share more of the show samples that have been keeping my busy. Here’s one more layout to add to the few from yesterday:

…and can you believe that I finished four cards from scraps?! I have no idea how I managed to do that.

Hopefully, I have created enough samples to add to the booth. Otherwise, I’ll be up late tonight, and that is not something I’m looking forward to.
Last but not least, I got an email today that requested that I post photos of my babies. I didn’t realize it had been weeks since the last time I shared pictures of them. Without further ado, here are my crazy kids:

When I see their cuddly faces, I can’t help but smile. I love them to pieces…
(even when Hilo accidentally punctures my finger).
No, it wasn’t his fault. No, he is not a violent and aggressive dog. It was actually my wrongdoing. I was playing tug-o-war with Maui, and Hilo wanted to play. He decided to join in on the fun by clenching down on the frisbee. Too bad that he bit down on one of my fingers instead. YOWCH!
Let’s hope that it heals up fast. A girl’s gotta scrap, ya know?!

Today is my day to post over at the Imaginisce blog, and I’m totally on a mission! It’s a tough one that requires help, but I know it’s possible with your help. I’m trying to take the Imaginisce blog to a place it has never been before. No, not to outer space, but pretty darn close!
I am trying to skyrocket today! …so do you want to help a girl achieve her goal?
If so, click here and leave a comment on my guest post. Your name will be entered to win the entire Cottage Christmas release from Imaginisce.

Here’s a closeup of a few of the sheets in this line:

How adorably cute, right?! I love the color combination to this. The red and green keep it traditional, but there is added flair with the pinks and blues! When I received these papers to design with, I got right to it.

…so what do you think of this line!? Love it? Like it?
I also got my hands on a sneak peek to another one of Kiki Art‘s summer releases. Look how cute this collection is?! A cute dog with a fire hose? It doesn’t get any better than that!

…so what do you think of these new releases: Imaginisce‘s Cottage Christmas and Kiki Art‘s Firefighters & Friends?
Leave me a comment letting me know what you think of both of these lines, and I will enter your name into another giveaway (This one is completely separate from the one going on at the Imaginisce blog).
-Share the giveaway, and you’ll double your chances at winning.
-Subscribe to my blog via email (on the left sidebar), and you’ll triple your chances at winning.

…and here’s another reminder to head on over to the Imaginisce blog. You won’t be disappointed by my post.
Let’s start off with sharing a sneak peek at the latest from Kiki Art!
Kiki shared a sneak peek to one of her collections that will be debuting this summer at CHA. It’s called Party Animal, and it looks like it’s gonna be super fun. Check this out:

If there are party hats involved, I’m totally there. Are you?
Stay tuned for more sneaks to this collection (and other collections) very soon.
As most of you know, I’m not much of a cardmaker, so I’ve been trying to work on creating more cards. Have you noticed?!
With some of my Urban Swank scraps and fabulous SRM stickers from Deana, I created a couple of cards. ((Thank you, Deana, for your generosity. I plan on working on more projects using SRM stickers when I get back from CHA.)) Check these out:

…and while I’m still talking about Urban Swank, I need to announce the winner to my latest giveaway. The lucky winner this time around is:

Congrats, Julie. You know where to reach me to claim your prize, so email me, hehe.
No fret to those who didn’t win this time around. There’s a giveaway coming your way — TOMORROW. *Hint, hint*
Tomorrow, please remember to check in because it’s going to be one of the BIGGEST and HUGEST celebrations over at my blog, and I’m going to need all of you to help me out!

PS: I have the coolest older brother in the whole wide world. He offered to house sit for me. Thanks for holding down the fort while I’m gone, Kuya.
