My Happy Halloween.

I decided to dress up as a witch for Halloween! I know, I know… it is totally the default female Halloween costume, but you can’t blame me because I came up with that last minute. Since I was headed out to the city for Halloween, I wanted to eat at Cafe Flore, again. I told you that I’m totally in love with their burgers! It was cold and windy, but I had a great time people watching while walking around. There were so many fun, vibrant, and clever costumes. I didn’t take as many pictures in the city as I should have, but here’s me having fun back at the house:

Take one!

Take one!

Take two!

Take three!

I'll get you, my pretty, and your little schnauzer too!

Trick or treat, smell my feet!

Not all witches are ugly! 🙂

After playing in the city, we all got hungry! Sean, my little brother, wanted to hit up Yumi Yogurt for some delicious frozen yogurt, but they were closed! Boo! Now, I’m totally craving that! Instead, we ended up grabbing a late bite of Chinese food at some random place that was open.

My attempt to eat SPICY noodle stew.

Tasting... mouth is on FIRE!!! mouth is on FIRE!!!

Yeah, so I learned my lesson about eating this dish, haha! Looks like I’m not so tolerant to really SPICY Chinese food!

…and look who found use of a cat costume! Maui decided that a cat’s tail would be fun to dig her teeth into!

Gloria couldn't find her cat tail, haha.

Gloria couldn't find the rest of her cat costume!

Once I get the rest of my Halloween pictures uploaded, I’ll have to post more!

Pink Sketches is now on Sketch #12. Everyone (new and advanced scrappers) is welcome to join in on the fun! Riff Raff Designs was kind enough to sponsor Pink Sketches’ DT with some awesome chipboard trees, and all of us used them in our layouts for this week. I totally had fun using mine! If you participate this week and submit your layout, there’s a chance you could win some free stuff from Riff Raff Designs! Also, our 3rd guest designer was announced. Make sure to check out all of the creativity going on over at Pink Sketches!

Title: Grow Together

Description: This layout was made for my friend, Gloria. She’s a very important and influential person in my life. She’s an amazing person, and so I wanted to scrap about the growth we’ve put into our friendship. In the Riff Raff tree, I weaved green fiber through the branches to make it look like it had leaves.

Materials: Paper Sassafras Lass; Carolee’s Creations; Imaginisce Others Lil’l Davis Designs – Chipboard; Heidi Swapp – Stickers; Colorbok- Stickers; Creative Imaginationes – Stickers; Colorbox – Ink; Ribbons; Fibers

Stay tuned for tomorrow’s post; I plan on announcing the winner of the RAK and I should have a couple of pictures of our updated kitchen uploaded!

Finally off to get some sleep,

Hi Ms. Sarah! Those are some cuuuuute photographs there! What kind of camera are you using? I have a Kodak camera (Made in the good ol’ U. S. of A.!) that I love. It’s a simple camera that my postman recommended. He takes a lot of photos of scenery when he visits his son in Texas. Absolutely stunning!
