new year’s eve/day.

Normally, for New Year’s Eve we make it out to the beach. The dogs love this tradition, as do I! 😉 The beach was surprisingly desolate, which was great because the dogs had ample room to run around. I didn’t snap a lot of photos because my hands were freezing, but here were some of the ones I did manage to take:

They’re too cute, hehe. Seriously, I could snap photos of them… all the time. Hence, all of my projects with their sweet l’il faces.

As for our New Year’s Eve celebration, it was the same old, same old — spending the holiday with my family, eating delicious food, and staying up until midnight to toast in the New Year.

((taken with my brother’s phone on NYE))

New Year’s Day was fun. My parents had another get together with close family and friends, so I finally had the chance to see the newest member of the family. Meet my new cousin, Kian:

My cousin was born on Monday, December 27th. Isn’t he’s so precious?! He’s so tiny and cute, and goodness, I wish I could snuggle him all day, hehe.

Isn’t that a great way to bring in the New Year?! He totally makes me have baby fever all over again. 😉

As for New Year’s resolutions and goals, people have been messaging and texting me with “What’s your resolution this year?” To be quite honest, I want to blog at least 2-3 times a week. I haven’t been consistent with posting in these past couple of months. The store has been crazy busy, which is definitely a good thing, but I don’t get much time to write. Also, I plan to create at least 52 layouts this year. I know I created hundreds of layouts last year, but now that I have the store, we’ll see how many I can truly crank out. Wish me luck!

Here’s to a wonderful 2011, everyone.

PS: If you want to follow along with what’s going on at my store, head on over to the Our Paper Place blog.
