It’s been such a long time since I feel like I’ve posted for myself. Today, I decided that I was going to share my thoughts. What does it mean to be mindful?

For some time now, I haven’t been very mindful of my own personal state and well being. I think that sometimes with the hustle and bustle of everyday life we forget to take time for ourselves. Recently, I have been trying to become more aware of my mindfulness, that being my present moment. With that said, I don’t want to be in the past or the future. I want to focus on the here and now.
Thus far, it’s been a journey. Have you ever thought about your own mindfulness? If you couldn’t think about the past or the future, but you could only think about the now, what would be your thought in that very instance? How would you assess your physical, mental, emotional, and/or spiritual self? That very thought makes you alive.
Think about that; it’ll take you on a journey.
