maui ocean center pictures.

We took our annual trip to Hawaii mid-March, and this time we hit up both Maui and the Big Island.

We first flew into Maui and stayed the majority of our trip there. Most of the pictures I took were from Maui, so I figured I’d write separate blog posts for the pictures we took on each separate  island. Today, I suppose I’ll focus on our Maui trip.

On our first day there, it was a must to hit up the Maui Ocean Center.

There are so many things that make this aquarium worth visiting, but I think my favorite part of this aquarium is the extensive coral. It’s incredible how much coral they have in their tanks considering it takes years and years for it to grow to maturity. Also, the shark exhibit is awesome. They’ve got hammerheads and tiger sharks – super scary!

Stay tuned for more pictures from our trip!
